Weight Loss Journal Progress


Hello! It's Monday, but I'm sure you already gathered that by your grogginess this morning. If my post seem a bit sporadic this week it's because I have hours at work…yay (not, lol). Just as I'm getting used to 10 hours a week, they decided they want the office covered at all times. They do that all the time, so next week will probably be different. I'll take the hours while I can.

Here is one of the pages in my weight loss journal. I'm not finished but this what I have so far.



I decided it's best to document all the reason I come up with for wanting to quit. I HATE exercising with a passion so seeing my ridiculous excuses in writing is very motivating. It makes me realize that I am being RIDICULOUS.



I think this Smash Book was the best idea because I've been sticking with exercising and I've noticed a bit of difference. Not much, but a difference nonetheless. It's great motivation.

I know it's not weight loss related but don't forget to print out these journal cards. These will definitely come in handy for your summer scrapbooking needs.

  4. I hope it helps you! I have failed miserably on Weight Watchers. I know it so helps to write down and plan what you eat, I just get so sick of having to think, talk, write about food all day long.
