Hi! How was your weekend? I hope it was a good one. Summer is officially over. Is anyone else excited? I love the fall. Fall is my favorite time of year -- pumpkins, apples, leaves change colors, festivals, fresh air, sweaters, hot coffee, pumpkin everything -- I could go on forever. Today definitely feels like fall. It's kind of cold but I have all my windows and the door to my porch open to let in some of the fresh fall air.

You'd think with all this talk about fall I'd have a fall post for you. Sorry!! Not today. I've got some things planned for the future though. Today I'm just sharing some more of my progress in my weight loss smash book.
On the first page I recorded how I felt after a few workouts, and an entry from my food journal. For the second page of the spread I included a before and after of just one month of consistent workouts. I definitely noticed a difference. Sorry for the blurred out photos! I'd like to keep you as readers, not scare you away. LOL.

Taking pictures of myself in a bikini has really helped me stay motivated. The first picture I took I was like: AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! I look like that???? Lol. Because I'm always covered up, I didn't really think twice about it. Because when I'm fully clothed it's easy to cover up and wear stuff that flatters me. But when I stepped into a two piece….yeah. Serious motivation. Lol. Have you ever done anything to help motivate you to lose weight?
