Prepared my sweet potatoes, squash (yes I found one!), and made some root vegetable casserole bake thing (new recipe I found)
I made Italian Bread the other day so I could use it for my stuffing. It ended up coming out so perfect I almost felt bad cutting it up in cubes rather than plopping a slab of butter on it and enjoying it that way....almost. I'm sure it will taste delectable as stuffing too.
I also made some from scratch french onion dip for chips. I already snuck a little taste...ooopps *wink* and I'm sure it will find its way on my blog sometime soon because it was delicious. And that's before it even set overnight. I'm excited to taste it tomorrow.
Well, I've got a few more things to do but I just wanted to stop in and share with you what I've been doing and wish you all a happy Thanksgiving! Don't eat too much!
Just kidding! This is the only day we all CAN eat too much without feeling guilty. Eat all you want.
